M7 Developments has grown from a small family business into a leading construction partner for homeowners and developers in the region. We take pride in building lasting relationships and delivering results that exceed expectations.

Meet Steve

With over 25 years of hands-on construction experience across the UK and internationally, I’ve built a reputation for delivering high-quality work from beachfront homes to large town centre developments. My career began in groundworks, where I quickly advanced to foreman in my early twenties, driven by a natural ability to lead teams, coordinate operations, and keep even the toughest jobs running smoothly. Communication has always been a key part of the work I do.

As my career has progressed, I’ve worked on large-scale civil engineering projects in Ireland, America, and Australia, gaining invaluable international insight and sharpening my problem-solving approach, some of these were truly complex sites. Since returning to the UK and founding M7 Developments, I’ve overseen and delivered a wide range of projects, including new builds, loft conversions, garage and driveway works, and full internal renovations.

With all of these projects and It has been hugely important to me to ensure that clients have complete confidence in the quality, timing, and cost control of projects from the outset and that any conflicts or concerns are raised and actioned immediately.

It was with all this experience that I founded M7 Pro, a natural progression of my passions and career. For me managing complex building projects isn’t just about plans and schedules and getting it done, it’s about understanding the realities, foreseeing issues before they arise and escalate, and keeping all parties on speaking terms and the project moving forward.

With my decades of experience, a straightforward, no-nonsense approach, and a genuine commitment to doing things properly, I help clients direct their builds with transparency and confidence.
